This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Daytona Toyota. Both transactions were relatively uneventful but there were some communications issues. You have to be aggressive on pricing and be willing to purchase elsewhere. Paying for my vehicle and getting the purchase complete one has to go thru the upsell options "protection" packages, not one but several. I clearly informed the finance manager that I was not interested but he had to give his spiel and I had to sign to refuse each upsell protection package.

Just bought a 2026 GR86. Drew Thornton was great, helped me get a deal that I was comfortable with and provided excellent customer service. O recommend looking for him at Daytona Toyota.

I've always been happy with the way the service department handles my needs. I'm sorry to say that this time I was very disappointed that after the recall was done, the person who did the job failed to set time on clock.
